All-in-One Trainer Sets

1. What is a multi-gym?

A multi-gym is a multifunctional machine that combines several training options in one system.

It's often called the all-in-one solution for the home gym, since it replaces most of the equipment you'd need for versatile strength training.

2. What does a multi-gym include?

Our multi-gyms come standard with a Smith machine and also offer:

• J-Hooks and safety spotter arms for free barbell training
• Height-adjustable cable pulleys
• Pull-up bar
• Various handles included

Depending on the model, the features may vary and can be expanded with attachments.

3. How do the ATLETICA multi-gyms differ?

The ATLETICA Multi-Gyms differ in several ways:

• Design and dimensions
• What's included and features
• Cable ratio of the weight stacks
• Expansion options

So you'll find the right solution for different training goals and space situations.

4. Are the attachments for ATLETICA multi-gyms interchangeable?

As a rule, the attachments are not interchangeable, since the construction of the multi-gyms differs.

There are exceptions for certain series, such as the Vision Multi-Gym PRO Series .

5. Which multi-gym is suitable for low ceilings?

For low rooms, compact models are the best fit:

• SWAT Smith Machine Low Version (200 cm)
• Fallout Multi-Gym PRO (213 cm)
• X-Five Cable Station (195 cm)

6. I've been training for a while – are the cable pulleys on the multi-gyms heavy enough for me?

For intense training with heavy loads, we recommend multi-gyms with a 1:1 cable ratio, where the full weight on the stack is what you actually lift.

Powerful models include:

KSK, SWAT, Fallout PRO, Raven, Fortress Smith Machine Set | TARGET , SEK Smith Machine Set | FULLFORCE and Harrier.

7. Do the multi-gyms come with weight plates?

Our multi-gyms are generally delivered without weight plates.

You'll find matching sets here:

• Barbell sets
• Weight plate sets

8. Is a multi-gym better than a power rack?

A multi-gym gives you a complete all-in-one system with guided exercises and extra features.

A power rack is more flexible for free-weight training, but needs more accessories.

9. Who is a multi-gym for?

All-in-one trainers are a great fit for:

• Beginners and advanced lifters
• Home gyms with limited space
• Anyone looking for a complete training system
• Commercial gyms

10. What should you look for when buying a multi-gym?

The key factors when buying are:

• Footprint and ceiling height
• Cable ratio
• Stability and build quality
• Expansion options

ATLETICA's high-quality multi-gyms offer maximum training variety and high stability, and are built for long-term use in home and commercial gyms.
