PRO round dumbbells: Steel core and CPU manufacturing process. Extremely tough, premium finish, built for pro and heavy gym use.

3. What are adjustable dumbbells?

Adjustable dumbbells let you change weight by adding or removing plates. More affordable and space-saving than full fixed sets. Plates secure with spin-lock collars or barbell collars.

4. Which dumbbell weights should I start with?

Depends on strength. Isolation movements (curls, lateral raises): 2.5–10 kg. Compound lifts (lunges, presses): 10–25 kg. A set from 2.5–25 kg covers most beginner training.

5. Are adjustable dumbbells good for beginners?

Yes. They offer multiple weights in one set, saving both money and space. Great options: L1 Olympia or Quad 20 kg.

9. What type of maintenance do dumbbells need?

Regular wiping: After use, wipe sweat and dirt with a damp cloth to prevent rust and odor.

Rubber dumbbells: May smell at first—air them out for a few weeks.
