A cookie is set
On click, a cookie is set for 30 days. The order doesn't have to happen in the same session. Your community buys at the regular Atletica price - you earn because they trust you, not through a discount.
The order is recorded
As soon as a completed order is recorded in our system, it's attributed to you. It appears immediately as "pending commission" in your dashboard.
You get paid
Payouts are made monthly on the 15th, once your approved commission reaches at least €50. After our return period ends, commissions automatically switch from "pending" to "approved" and are paid out with the next payout.
Who we accept.
Every application is reviewed manually. We assess engagement rate, content quality and audience - not just follower count.
- A fitness- or sports-focused blog, vlog, website or social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
- Content and audience are assessed on engagement quality - not just reach
- No coupon sites, cashback platforms or pay-per-click sites
- An EU bank account is required for payout
- You operate as a self-employed individual or business registered or tax-resident in Germany or another EU country - not as a private individual and not from a third country

- Affiliate links only on channels you run yourself - your own website, social media accounts, newsletter. No posting on third-party platforms (Reddit, forums, coupon sites, cashback platforms, comment sections)
- At least €500 in referred revenue per rolling 6-month period to stay in the program
- We reserve the right to end the partnership in case of brand-damaging behaviour

You promote Atletica through your personal affiliate link on your blog, your website or your social media. When someone orders through your link, the sale is attributed to you and you earn a commission of 5 - 8% on the net goods value. Payouts are made monthly on the 15th, once you reach €50 in approved commission.
Commission is tiered: 5% Standard from day one. 6% once you reach €1,000 in referred revenue in a calendar month. 8% once you reach €2,500 in referred revenue in a calendar month. Commission is calculated on the net goods value - excluding shipping and excluding VAT.
Payouts are made monthly on the 15th. Your approved commission must be at least €50 at that point. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month - they never expire. A commission is approved once the return period for the associated order has ended.
When someone clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that stays active for 30 days. If the person orders on atletica.de within those 30 days - even in a later browser session - the order is attributed to you.
If the order is returned within the return period, the commission is automatically cancelled. You don't have to do anything - the adjustment happens directly in your affiliate dashboard.
You need a fitness- or sports-focused platform (blog, YouTube channel, Instagram, TikTok etc.) with an active, engaged community. We assess content quality and engagement - not just follower count. You also need an EU bank account, you must operate as a self-employed individual or business, and your business or tax residence must be in Germany or another EU country.
Yes - as long as your business or tax residence is in a country we ship to, you're eligible. We currently ship across the entire EU, so EU-based affiliates are welcome.
Affiliates outside the EU - including the UK, Switzerland, the USA and other third countries - are currently not eligible for our EU affiliate program.
No. Platforms whose business model is based on distributing discount codes, cashback or paid search advertising are not accepted into the program. We rely on real recommendations from real content creators.
No. Paid search ads (e.g. Google Ads) and paid social media ads using Atletica brand terms are not allowed. You promote Atletica through your own organic content.
Only on channels you own and run yourself: your own website or blog, your own social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.) and your own newsletter or email list. Posting your link on third-party platforms - including Reddit, forums, comment sections, coupon sites, cashback platforms or deal aggregators - is not allowed, even if you're an active member of that community. The idea behind it: your link should reach people through your own voice and your own community, not through channels you don't control.
Yes - as an active affiliate, you get a personal discount on your own Atletica orders. You'll get the details by email from your affiliate manager once you've been accepted.
If your application isn't a fit for the program right now, you can reapply after 6 months.
Yes - disclosure is legally required in most countries.
Content with affiliate links must be clearly labelled as "advertising", "ad", "sponsored" or the equivalent label in your country.
Yes. You can leave the program at any time with ten working days' notice to the end of the month - please confirm this in writing. Commissions you've already earned and that have been approved will still be paid out.
Once you've been accepted, you get access to your personal dashboard. There you can see clicks, conversions, pending and approved commissions and your individual affiliate link at any time.
Commissions received through our program must be taxed by the influencer on their own responsibility in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Proper tax treatment is solely the responsibility of the influencer. We accept no liability for this and provide no tax advice.
