REDEEM YOUR POINTS

Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy! You can use your points for a discount at checkout.

  • Make sure you are on the payment page of the Atletica online store, as express checkouts do not offer the option to redeem points.
  • Maximum number of points that can be redeemed during the payment process: 2,000 points.
  • If you are purchasing with a gift card, please contact our customer service to apply your points to an eligible order.
  • Points earned through orders or reviews may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
  • Points expire after 1 year of inactivity.
  • Retroactive credits of points are possible up to 60 days before the account is created. However, since the program has only been active since August 12, 2024, points can only be awarded for orders from this date. Unfortunately, credits for orders before August 12, 2024 are not possible.
  • Misuse of the program will result in exclusion.
  • Products not eligible for redeeming or earning loyalty points:
    • gift cards and e-gift cards
    • Purchases via platforms other than the Atletica online shop, e.g. Atletica at Amazon, Otto, eBay or Kaufland
