REDEEM YOUR POINTS

Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy! You can use your points for a discount during checkout.

  • Make sure you are on the payment page of Atletica's online store, as express checkouts do not offer the option to redeem points.
  • As an athlete, you can redeem your points to receive one or more €35 discount codes. These can be combined at checkout (up to 5 codes per purchase). Please note that the minimum order value must be over €200.
  • As a Pro Athlete, you can redeem your points for €70 or €100 discount codes. The minimum order value is €400 for the €70 discount and €500 for the €100 discount.
  • If you are purchasing with a gift card, please contact our customer service to apply your points to an eligible order.
  • Points earned through orders or reviews may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
  • Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
  • Retroactive points credits are possible up to 60 days before account creation. However, since the program has only been active since August 12, 2024, points can only be awarded for orders placed after that date. Credits for orders placed before August 12, 2024, are unfortunately not possible.
  • Misuse of the program will result in exclusion.
  • Products not eligible for redeeming or earning loyalty points:
    • Gift cards and e-gift cards
    • Purchases via platforms other than Atletica's online shop, e.g. Atletica at Amazon, Otto, eBay or Kaufland
