Got questions?
1. What is a multistation?
A multistation is an all-in-one training machine that combines several strength training functions into one system. It covers most equipment needed for a complete workout in a compact setup.
2. What does a multistation include?
Most multistations feature a Smith machine, J-hooks & spotter arms for barbell training, adjustable cable pulleys, a pull-up bar, and multiple attachment options. Equipment and add-ons vary by model.
3. How do multistations differ?
They differ in size, build quality, included equipment, pulley ratios, and upgrade options. Choose based on your goals and available space.
4. Are the attachments of multistations compatible with each other?
Usually not. Different builds mean most attachments aren’t cross-compatible, with limited exceptions such as the PRO series.
5. I have a low ceiling - which multistations are best for me?
6. I’ve been training for a while - are the cable pulley weights on the multistations heavy enough for me?
Yes. Advanced lifters should look at 1:1 ratio models like KSK, SWAT, Fallout Pro, Raven, Hyperbase, Hypertrain, and Harrier for enough resistance.
7. Are weight plates included with the multistations?
No, plates are sold separately. You can get sets with a barbell or without. Complete paired sets are also available, from light to heavy, for convenience.
