Hip Thrust Bench included

• This attachment mounts to the front uprights of our three PRO strength stations Quantum, Fallout and Hellraiser with a pin and a locking lever
• Hip thrusts are a highly effective exercise for training the hamstrings, and also the glutes, the quadriceps and the lower back
• You lie with your shoulders on the raised pad and the loaded barbell across your hips. A vertical hip thrust drives the weight upward
• The attachment is also excellent for Nordic hamstring curls
• In this exercise for the back of the thigh (hamstrings) you wedge your heels under the padded rollers and raise your upper body out of a push-up position using nothing but the strength of your hamstrings
• Hip thrusts and Nordic hamstring curls keep abs and glutes in balance, and the same goes for quadriceps and hamstrings
• The pad offers a surface of 61x38cm and is comfortably cushioned at a thickness of 8cm
