• The arm curl attachment does not necessarily have to be removed if the bench is used as a conventional incline bench or flat bench

• The leg extensions can be trained while sitting, with an upright backrest for a stable setup
• You can exercise your hamstrings either lying down, with a slightly negative backrest for better ergonomics, or standing on one leg
• This attachment can also be adjusted in height several times and can be loaded with 30 mm or 50 mm weight plates
