Notes:

  • Weight plates and weight bench are not part of the scope of delivery
  • With benches that have long backrests, certain exercises (e.g. incline bench or shoulder press) may be restricted – one solution is to slide the bench into the rack seat-first; the B4 bench (as shown in the demo video) and the X-Bench are very well suited for training in R7 Squat Racks thanks to their design
