Rack basic equipment for wobble-free and safe training

• 70 mm square tubes with a thickness of 2 mm result in a high dead weight and ensure wobble-free and safe training
• The R7 Squat Rack offers enough space to fit a Weight Bench inside the rack
• This way no space is left unused and you can use your training area effectively
• We offer the R7 Rider in two heights: 203 cm for lower ceilings or 223 cm standard height, as well as optionally with a 125 kg selectorized weight stack
• The feet are rubberized and protect the floor from damage

Half Rack Accessories

• By default, the R7 comes with extremely resilient Spotter Arms (up to 350 kg per pair) and Performance J-Hooks (up to 1100 kg per pair)
• The latter have a hard-plastic protective layer on both the top and bottom, so the barbell is also protected if it accidentally hits the J-Hooks from below
• The 17 cm deep cradle of the J-Hooks offers a secure resting surface that is hard to miss when setting down the barbell
• The Spotter Arms reliably catch the weight if you can no longer manage it by muscle power alone
• They are also suitable for bottom-up squats or rack pulls
  
• The guide of the bar is linear-bearing mounted and enables a smooth barbell movement
• Included handles: row/curl handle, 80cm ergo handle
