Returning a product is easy and free. You have two options:

Although rare, transport damage can occur. If you notice any damage upon delivery:

1. Please accept the delivery anyway - this ensures the claims process can proceed smoothly.
2. Check the contents carefully, and if the product is damaged, contact our service team via chat or email, if possible include photos and a brief description of the damage.

We’ll promptly arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
