How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €200, while orders under €200 are charged €4.99. For international deliveries, please check the respective monthly rates in the footer of the page.
How long does delivery take?
Once we receive your payment, we will begin processing your order. Delivery within Germany typically takes 3-5 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. However, depending on the season, delivery times can be up to 10 business days.

How will my order be shipped?
Smaller packages under 32 kg are shipped with UPS or DHL. For larger and bulky shipments over 32 kg, we use the logistics company Kühne & Nagel, which offers curbside delivery. This company is a leader in the logistics of bulky products. Please note that it occasionally works with subcontractors for the last few kilometers of the delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipping labels have been created, you will receive a tracking number. In most cases, your package will already be on its way by the time you receive the tracking number. Tracking information may be slightly delayed on the day of shipment, but will be updated over time.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can return a product if you are not satisfied with it. We offer two return options:
- Return by shipping: We will send you a return label, and you can drop off the package at a UPS/DHL shop.
- Return by collection: If you prefer, we can arrange a collection for your return. Please let us know which option you prefer. If you choose collection, please provide a suitable day, as the collection must be scheduled at least one day in advance.
For orders delivered by the freight carrier Kühne & Nagel, only the collection option is available.
In both cases, the return is free of charge for you. Please ensure that the items are prepared for return and well packaged.
How does the 100-day trial period work?
You have 100 days to test the product. If you're not satisfied within this period, you can easily initiate a return.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incomplete?
If your order is damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is covered by the 5-year and lifetime warranties?
Our 5-year and lifetime warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship. The 5-year warranty applies to all other components, while the lifetime warranty covers the following parts of the device:
- Structural welds on attachments and frames
- Weight bench frame
- Power rack connection profiles
- Chainbells

You can download the ATLETICA Training App by searching for it in the App Store or Google Play. After downloading, you can log in as an ATLETICA customer (using the same email address you use for your orders) and use the app with all its features. Note: The app is only free for customers who have already purchased a product.

What are the levels in the ATLETICA Rewards Program?
Our Rewards program has two categories based on your annual order totals in the Atletica online shop:
Athlete (€0.00 - €7,499.99)
If your total order value is between €0.00 and €7,499.99, you will automatically become a member of the first level - "Athlete." As an Athlete, you will enjoy benefits such as a 1x points multiplier (you collect more points with every purchase) and a birthday gift every year.
Per Athlete (€ 7,500.00+)
If you spend more than €7,500 within 12 months, you qualify for the "Pro Athlete" category. In addition to the benefits of Athlete membership, you'll receive exclusive privileges like early access to special offers and sales, as well as a sneak peek at our new products.

Leasing and Financing
How are the leasing rates calculated?
Lease rates are based on several factors, including the value of the fitness equipment, the lease term, the estimated residual value of the asset at the end of the lease term, and financing costs. Specific terms such as special payments or service packages can also affect rates.
Can I purchase the fitness equipment at the end of the contract period?
Yes, we offer a purchase option at the end of the term. This corresponds to the residual value of the devices at the end of the term.
What happens if I want to return the fitness equipment early?
In principle, this is possible. Early return may result in additional costs, as the lease agreement has a fixed term.
Are leasing payments tax deductible?
In Germany, leasing payments are fully tax-deductible as business expenses.
As a company, do I have to make a down payment?
We're happy to include a down payment or a special payment at the beginning. However, this isn't mandatory. The down payment reduces the monthly installment amount. However, the requirements vary depending on the type of contract and credit rating.
What is the difference between leasing and financing?
With leasing, you pay monthly installments for the use of the fitness equipment without becoming its owner. At the end of the contract, you can return the equipment, keep it, or upgrade to a new model. Maintenance is included by ATLETICA, and the installments are tax-deductible.
With financing (installment payment), you purchase the fitness equipment through monthly installments, which also include interest. After full payment, the equipment belongs to you, but you are responsible for maintenance and repairs.
Leasing offers flexibility, while financing aims at long-term ownership.
Where is the fitness equipment accounted for?
The accounting takes place at ATLETICA.
Is VAT still charged on the leasing rate?
The leasing rates are gross rates, meaning that VAT is charged during the term of the lease.
Is it possible to purchase at the residual value after the end of the contract term?
Yes, after the basic rental period, acquisition by purchase is generally possible.
Why are the acquisition costs lower with leasing?
When financing, VAT is generally charged on the entire amount and must be paid in full upfront. For financing of EUR 20,000, the VAT amount is EUR 3,193 (at a VAT rate of 19%), which must be paid upfront. An initial installment of EUR 5,000 would therefore consist largely of VAT.
Who can use ATLETICA's leasing offer?
All business customers (corporations) based in Germany or Austria with an order value of EUR 5,000 or more.

Yes, your payment information is completely secure. We use SSL encryption to protect every visit and transaction on our website, so your address and payment details are encrypted according to banking standards.
