A superb squat rack with a wide range of training options. It appears solid and looks great. As mentioned in the reviews, unfortunately, the assembly instructions weren't included, but Atletica customer service sent them as a PDF upon request. Assembly was a bit tedious, but the results are impressive. I personally had an excellent experience with customer service, and the employees at the Mainz store were also very friendly. I will definitely purchase some more gym equipment from you.

Very satisfied with the Nemesis rack. The rack is beautiful and high-quality, the smith machine is perfect, and the lat pulldown (with aluminum pulleys) is simply perfect. I used to have an ATX Triplex station, which was already very good, but with the Nemesis rack, it's a notch or two above.

The rack itself is very well made and well thought out. Unfortunately, there were no assembly instructions for the weight stack and I only received instructions for the plate-loaded version from support. After a few evenings, the thing was finally up and running, and I'm really impressed. The rack itself gets 5/5 stars from me, but the lack of instructions and the resulting frustration send it into oblivion, 4/5. Support itself is also very accessible and actually gives input directly when you need it. My suggestion would be to have a video for assembling the rack. You can easily use QR codes to create a direct link to your YouTube channel.

If you have a stack of poids that are pretty strong, the traction bar is at the top, the SDT station is very practical, the cadre of guides is also very good. The rack is very stable and has good quality. En plus il est très beau!!! You regret that you don't have to pay attention to the installation. You can have fun with my trainer on the rack that is complete. There is a cable on the cable that the service client is on train of traiter, which means that it will be received quickly.

Mine didn't come with any assembly instructions, but with the help of pictures and instructions from the internet, I was able to put it together without any problems. If you're unsure how compact the rack really is, take a look at my picture. It shows how well it fits into small spaces—perfect for tight corners! The customer service was also first-class: quick and friendly responses, usually within an hour. I can definitely recommend the product!

As one of the first buyers there was unfortunately no assembly instructions, but with various instructions and the product picture it still worked. 7. What’s the difference between safety straps and spotter arms?

Spotter arms attach, remove, and adjust quickly for flexible training whereas safety straps offer better shock and noise absorption when setting down or dropping the barbell. Both have their advantages and help keep barbell training safe.

8. Are the R7 Squat Racks compatible with all weight benches?

Compatibility depends on the bench and user’s size. When the lat pulldown-row unit is in use, longer benches—like the B2 Full-Body—may have limited space for some exercises, such as incline presses on the Smith machine. Benches like the B4 and X-Bench fit perfectly thanks to their compact design.
