1. What are the ATLETICA Pro 2H Grip Plates?

The ATLETICA PRO 2H Grip are 50 mm center hole diameter plates with a shock-absorbing CPU coating that’s extra durable and odor-free. With less than 1% weight tolerance, they rank among the most precise training plates. Their thin profile allows more plates to fit on the bar without compromising handling or stability. Available in pairs or in sets.

2. What are the plates made of?

Each plate has a CNC-milled steel core—unlike standard cast iron plates—and is coated in cast polyurethane (CPU), the highest-grade PU for durability.

3. What’s the difference between CPU and TPU?

CPU (cast polyurethane) is harder and more resistant than TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). It offers superior protection against impacts, wear, and deformation.
