What Are the Shipping Costs?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €200. For orders under €200, a shipping fee of €4.99 applies. For international deliveries, please check the current monthly rates listed in the footer of the website.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Once we receive your payment, we begin processing your order. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Depending on the season, delivery times can extend up to 10 business days.

How Is My Order Shipped?
Smaller packages under 32 kg are shipped via UPS or DHL. For larger and bulky shipments over 32 kg, we use the logistics company Kühne & Nagel, which delivers curbside. This company is a leader in logistics for oversized products. Please note that Kühne & Nagel may occasionally work with subcontractors for the final leg of the delivery.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is processed and shipping labels are created, you’ll receive a tracking number. In most cases, your package is already on its way when you get the tracking number. Tracking information may be slightly delayed on the shipping day but will update over time.
Returns & Warranty
Can I Return a Product If I’m Not Satisfied?
Yes, you can return a product if you’re not satisfied. We offer two return options:
Return by shipping: We’ll send you a return label, and you can drop off the package at a UPS or DHL location.
Return by pickup: If you prefer, we can arrange a pickup for your return. Please let us know which option you prefer. If you choose pickup, please specify a suitable day as pickups must be scheduled at least one day in advance.
For orders delivered by freight, only the pickup option is available.
In both cases, returns are free of charge. Please make sure the items are prepared and well packaged for return.

How Are Leasing Rates Calculated?
Leasing rates are based on several factors, including the value of the fitness equipment, the contract term, the estimated residual value at the end of the lease, and financing costs. Specific terms such as down payments or added service packages can also affect the final rate.
Is It Possible to Purchase the Fitness Equipment After the Lease Term Ends?
Yes, leasing companies typically offer a purchase option. This allows you to buy the equipment at the contractually agreed residual value at the end of the lease term.
What Happens If I Want to Return the Fitness Equipment Early?
Early returns are generally possible. However, since the lease agreement has a fixed term, breaking the contract early may result in additional fees.
Are Leasing Payments Tax-Deductible?
In Germany, leasing payments are fully tax-deductible as business expenses.
Do I Need to Make a Down Payment as a Business?
We can include a down payment or initial lump sum if you prefer, but it’s not mandatory. Making a down payment reduces your monthly lease rates. Requirements may vary depending on the contract type and credit assessment.
What Is the Difference Between Leasing and Financing?
With leasing, you pay monthly rates to use the fitness equipment without owning it. At the end of the contract, you can return the equipment, keep it, or upgrade to a new model. Maintenance is included by ATLETICA, and the payments are tax-deductible.
With financing (installment payments), you purchase the equipment through monthly payments that include interest. Once fully paid, the equipment is yours, but you’re responsible for maintenance and repairs.
Leasing offers flexibility, while financing focuses on long-term ownership.
Who Lists the Fitness Equipment as an Asset—Me or the Leasing Company?
The fitness equipment is accounted for by ATLETICA.
Is VAT charged on the leasing rate?
Leasing rates are quoted net. Statutory VAT must be paid in advance with each payment and is not added to the rates during the lease term.
Is It Possible to Purchase at the Residual Value After the Contract Ends?
Yes, after the minimum lease term, purchasing the equipment is generally possible.
Why Are Acquisition Costs Lower with Leasing?
With financing, VAT is generally charged on the full amount and must be paid in full upfront. For example, on a €20,000 financing deal, the VAT amounts to €3,193 (at a 19% rate), which is due upfront. A down payment of €5,000 would therefore mostly consist of VAT.
Who Is Eligible to Use ATLETICA’s Leasing Offer?
Leasing offers are available to commercial customers based in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, or the Netherlands. Different requirements apply depending on company type, country of registration, and date of establishment. A minimum net order value of €5,000 is required.
