Weight selection is done by loosening the knurled screw

• Our quick-adjustable system dumbbells offer the same safe training feeling as traditional dumbbells
  
• For this, the dumbbell does not have to be completely disassembled, as with a classic dumbbell, it is enough to loosen the knurled screw by 2 cm - this makes it possible to adjust the weight in 10 seconds
• The weight plates are connected to each other with 2 safety pins, similar to the tongue-and-groove principle. Rattling noises or even accidental slipping out of the plates are thus excluded
  
• The handles are made of steel and have diamond knurling to ensure that the dumbbells are always safe in your hand
• The black powder coating means the handles fit perfectly into the subtle and modern design of these dumbbells
• Due to their square design, they lie securely on all flat surfaces and are ideal for training exercises such as Renegade Rows, where stability is required
• During dumbbell exercises such as incline bench presses or shoulder presses, the dumbbells can be placed comfortably on the thighs thanks to their smooth outer surfaces
• Storage and use are possible without a special storage tray - optionally we offer a suitable storage shelf
• All components are made of metal, which promises high quality and durability
