Hip Thrust Bench Included

• This attachment mounts to the front uprights of our three stations PRO Quantum, Fallout and Hellraiser with a pin and a locking lever
• Hip thrusts are a highly effective exercise for the hamstrings, but also for the glutes, the quadriceps and the lower back
• You lie with your shoulders on the raised pad and the loaded barbell over your hips. A vertical hip thrust drives the weight upwards
• The attachment is also excellent for Nordic Hamstring Curls
• In this exercise for the back of the thigh (hamstrings) you clamp your heels under the padded rollers and raise your upper body from a push-up position using only the strength of your hamstrings
• Hip thrusts and Nordic Hamstring Curls give you a balanced relationship between abs and glutes as well as between quads and hamstrings
• The pad has a surface of 61x38cm and, at 8cm thick, is comfortably padded

Hellraiser Jammer Arms (optional)

• The cables run past the Jammer Arms - the pulleys can be positioned above and below
• The cables hook into them for pulling and pressing exercises with the selectorized weight stacks
• Linear load curve - simulates a chest press, shoulder press or Lat Pulldown
