Dual Cable System Details

• All exercises can be performed with a 1:1 or 1:2 pulley ratio, delivering either 100% of the selected weight at the handle or half the load.
• A 1:1 ratio is ideal for heavy-load exercises with short cable travel, such as rows or lat pulldowns.
• A 1:2 ratio is ideal for smaller muscle groups and exercises requiring longer cable travel, including biceps and triceps exercises, lateral raises, kickbacks, cable flys, and cable pushdowns.
• The cable columns adjust vertically across 26 laser-engraved height positions.
• Ball-bearing pulleys ensure smooth cable movement.
• The crossover-capable cable system supports exercises including single-arm cable rows, lat pulldowns, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, cable flys, cable chest press, lateral raises, rear delt flys, glute kickbacks, cable crunches, wood choppers, Pallof press, and cable squats.

Smith Machine Details 

• The Smith machine with its integrated barbell allows training without a separate free barbell and can be racked at any time using the 13 hook pins.
• Compatible with 50 mm center hole diameter plates.
  
• Additional height-adjustable drop-down safeties catch the Smith bar at the preset height without requiring the bar to be hooked in.
• The Smith machine features linear ball bearings and smooth bar travel, making it suitable for exercises such as incline bench press and shoulder press.
