Dual Cable Pulley

• The crossover Cable Pulley is the heart of this machine. Its ball-bearing pulleys ensure smooth precision in all exercises
• With a 1:1 ratio, exactly the resistance force you have loaded in the form of your weight plates arrives at the guide pulleys, so the finest gradations are possible
• On one hand, you can use both cables separately, for exercises like Cable Flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises, or Pallof press
