Jota Barbell Specs
- The Jota is a 15 kg hybrid barbell with a 25 mm handle diameter, developed to match women’s barbell standards and hand geometry, providing a secure and comfortable grip—even for smaller hands.
- Its reduced overall length of 2,010 mm allows for controlled, confident handling across all lifts.
- Smooth, dynamic spin is delivered by 20 mm copper-based bushings combined with 4 needle bearings.
- With a tensile strength of 190,000 PSI and a load capacity of up to 500 kg, the Jota bar is built for demanding training sessions.
Grip Plate Specs
- 60 kg set includes: 2 x 10 kg, 6 x 5 kg and 4 x 2.5 kg, allowing precise loading in 5 kg increments.
- Integrated grip cutouts provide ergonomic handling when loading the bar and allow the plates to be used as a dumbbell alternative.
