Safe and practical mechanism

• The patented twist and click mechanism is only released when the dumbbells are in the designated storage trays
• After removal, the adjustment function is locked so that unintentional rotation during exercise is not possible
• The coated steel discs cannot accidentally come loose and fall down - training safety is maintained at all times

Cost-effective, space- and time-saving

• The quick weight adjustment is particularly suitable for drop and super sets, as the dumbbells do not have to be changed or rebuilt
• In addition, adjustable system dumbbells are significantly more space-saving and cost-effective than complete dumbbell sets, especially since they always require a suitable storage space that is large and stable enough
• A corresponding dumbbell set consisting of pairs of 2 to 40 kg in 2.5 kg increments would weigh 544 kg and would cost many times more without a suitable rack
• Apart from the enormous space requirement, the statics in many home gyms would be put to the test
• Especially at lower weight settings, these system dumbbells are significantly shorter than, for example, hex dumbbells of the same weight due to their compact design

Smart design and well thought-out shape

• The handles have a diameter of 35 mm and fit comfortably in the hand
• The outer edges are flat unlike many other adjustable dumbbells
• This means they can be placed comfortably on the thighs without a protruding barbell drilling into the leg and/or leaving pressure marks

SWITCH Holder included

• In this set you not only get the extremely practical system dumbbells, but also the matching stand
• Its height is 53 cm and is therefore suitable for most body sizes
• Both holders are sufficiently spaced apart so that you can comfortably position yourself between them when putting them down or taking them out
• This means you are not forced to bend forward, which can be very stressful for your lower back when using the maximum weight of our adjustable dumbbells
• With a weight of only 13 kg, the SWITCH Holder can withstand loads of up to 200 kg, which is three times sufficient for its intended purpose
