Excluded Products
You can’t earn or use points on gift card purchases or when shopping through third-party platforms like Amazon or eBay.
Program Abuse
Any abuse of the loyalty program, its points, or its terms will result in immediate removal from the program.

How can I earn points for leaving a review?
Seven days after your order ships, you’ll receive an email from Loox asking about your product experience. To successfully submit a review and earn points, click the “Write a Review” button in the email and include a photo of the product.

How do I earn points?
Collect points by doing what you love, from referring friends to making purchases. Explore all the ways to earn points under the Earn Points tab in the menu.
How can I check my points balance?
Once logged in, you’ll find your points balance displayed at the top of the loyalty program page.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No. Earn as many points as you want!
What do the status labels 'approved', 'pending', and 'canceled' mean?
Approved: These points are available for immediate redemption.
Pending: These points need to be verified before they can be redeemed. This usually applies to purchases and referrals.
Canceled: These points won't be credited to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, points will change from pending to canceled. i
Why didn’t I receive points for my earlier purchases?
Our loyalty program started on August 12, 2024. Points are only given for orders placed from this date forward. If you notice missing points for orders after August 12, 2024, please reach out to us at service@atletica.de.
How long does it take for my points to be approved and appear in my account?
It takes 30 days for points to be approved. While pending, you can’t redeem them. Once approved, the points will show up in your account.
Can I redeem my points during checkout?
Not directly — please redeem your points for a voucher, which can then be applied at checkout.
Referral Program
Earn 100 points for every successful referral when your friend spends over €200 on their very first order.
Possible reasons for a failed referral:
- If your friend clicks the referral link but completes the purchase using a different IP address or device, the referrer will not receive points.
- If the minimum amount is met but part of the payment is made with a voucher or gift card, the referral will not count as complete. The full minimum amount must be paid with non-discounted funds.
- The referral only counts if the entire minimum amount is spent in a single first purchase through the referral link. Spending the amount across multiple orders does not qualify.
Why were points deducted from my account?
A purchase was canceled or returned by you or someone you referred.
I finished an activity but my points haven’t appeared!
It may take a few minutes for your activity to be processed and points to show up in your account.
Is it possible to lose points?
Yes, if you get a refund on a purchase, 1 point will be deducted for every euro refunded.
Can points expire?
Yes, points expire after 6 months without any activity. Please note that birthday points don’t count as activity on your account.
What happens if a friend I referred cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will be canceled and removed from your account.
Can I lose my current tier status?
Yes, you can be downgraded. If you don’t meet the spending requirements within 12 months of joining a tier, your membership level will be lowered.
If I leave the program, can I join again later?
Just reach out to us, and we’ll get you back in. Please note, your points balance will start fresh at zero.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and request to be unsubscribed. We will remove you from the program, and you will lose all accumulated points.
