Power rack with integrated Smith machine and optional lat/rowing unit
- In the short version offered here, SPECTRE offers you all the advantages of a power rack with minimal space requirements, with a depth of only 57 cm (on the floor an additional 61 cm for the front stabilizers)
- Integrated Smith Machine with solid metal barbell and a weight of 19 kg
- For exercises such as incline bench presses or shoulder presses, the multi-press is ideal, as the rotator cuff is less stressed than with a free barbell
- You can safely place the guided barbell on the 13 hook pins at any time if you lose strength and even drop it on the height-adjustable and spring-loaded drop-down safety devices in an emergency
- The Smith Machine has linear ball bearings, which guarantees smooth running and corresponds to the highest quality level in the fitness sector
- J-Hooks and 61 cm long Safety Spotter Arms allow you to perform countless free weight exercises such as squats, bench presses and incline bench presses, bent-over rows or shoulder presses on the power rack
- A monkey bar for pull-ups or calisthenics exercises is also available
- Due to the R8-typical 75 x 75 mm steel tube profile with 3 mm material thickness, front stabilizers and a total of 6 rubberized feet, SPECTRE in the short version is stable and safe at all times, even when training with heavy weights or dynamic exercises
- The optional lat pull attachment comes with a rowing/curl handle, a wide lat pull handle and a leg blocker for maximum stability during your workout
- The gear ratio is 1:1, so that the selected weight, whether weight plates or weight block, actually reaches the handle
- Thanks to the aluminum pulleys and a silky smooth running of the weight sled on the guide tubes, you will experience a smooth training feeling during exercises such as lat pulldowns, rowing or single arm lat pulldowns
- The R8 SPECTRE can be expanded to suit individual needs with the wide range of optional accessories from the R8 series
