R8 Spotter Arms are designed to protect you, especially during weight-intensive exercises such as squats
- Stable and functional safety shelves
- Unlike other safety racks, spotter arms can also be used in front of the power rack, as they only require one post for their attachment
- In case of muscle fatigue, the weight can simply be placed on them and falling or even injuries can be completely avoided
