Order process and delivery times
Skip the small print.
This is everything you need to know about the shipping process:
#1 Large products are delivered on pallets by a forwarding company "free curbside", only with prior online appointment and advance notification of delivery.
#2 Smaller items are delivered as a parcel with GLS.
#3 The standard delivery times within Germany are five to ten working days, depending on the season and workload.
#4 The delivery time can vary depending on the product and is always stated individually on the product page.
#5 Shipping and returns are free

How does the ordering process work?
A few minutes after placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation and the invoice by email.
If the product is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.
The shipping company will contact you by email before delivery, where you can select your preferred date and time slot. Unannounced deliveries are not possible.
The packages are usually delivered by parcel services.
Where is your warehouse and how long does it take to order?
Our warehouse is located in the Rüsselsheim industrial park.
Rüsselsheim is very centrally located in Germany. Therefore, shipments to Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Hesse, NRW can be delivered particularly quickly and usually within 72 hours. Please always note the delivery times on the product page.

When will I receive a tracking number?
As soon as the goods have been picked and the shipping labels have been generated, you will receive the tracking number. The packages are usually already on their way when you receive the tracking number.
The tracking numbers update with a slight delay on the day of shipment.
Who do you ship with?
We send smaller packages under 32kg with GLS.
We send large and bulky shipments over 32kg with the shipping company Kühne & Nagel or DSV. Delivery free curbside.
These are quality leaders in the logistics of bulky products.
Please note that both shipping companies occasionally work with subcontractors for last mile delivery.
How long does delivery take?
This always depends on the product and capacity and is always listed transparently on the product page.
How does the return process work?
Very simple and uncomplicated for them.
Option 1:
Simply request a return in the chat using the order number and name.
Our team will organize the pickup and return labels for you.
Option 2:
Send an email to service@atletica.de
We will send you the shipping labels to be attached to the packages within 24 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
ATLETICA always pays for return shipping.
Shipping and returns are always free for you.
How much does shipping cost within Germany?
Free within Germany.

What do I do if the goods were damaged during transport?
Always accept the goods. We assume responsibility. Write a short message in the chat, describe the damage, preferably with a picture. We will then take care of the repair immediately.
Is the goods insured?
Yes, we only ship insured products.
