- The height of the lying surface is 43 cm
- The cushion is 30 cm wide and 123 cm long
- Weight of 98 kg, maximum load capacity 700 kg
- Dumbbell racks and spotter arms can be adjusted to the exact height required and allow optimal positions to be adopted for virtually all body sizes and skill levels
- The dumbbell rack is adjustable from 96 cm to a maximum height of 141 cm
- The spotter arms can be adjusted in height 10 times, in a range of 52-75 cm
- This ensures safe training even without a second person, even with heavy weights
- All shelves have high-quality plastic protectors to ensure that the knurling of your barbell is not damaged even if the weight is dropped
- Band pegs for resistance bands can be mounted on both feet, allowing the dynamics of the load curve to be varied to generate new training stimuli
