- Multipress can be quickly and easily transformed into a vertical leg press

Dual cable pull with 2 x 90 kg weight blocks
- The guide rollers of the cable pull are connected to the weight blocks "from below". This allows the Jammer Arms to be coupled to the cable pull and many exercises can be performed using the weight blocks alone without additional weight plates
- Thanks to this design, the J-Hooks and Safety Spotters can be mounted on the Uprights despite the guide rollers being pushed down - this means that a free barbell bar can also be connected to the cable pulls without having to do without the emergency shelves
- The cable pull can be adjusted vertically at 18 laser-engraved height points so you can easily find the right starting position for each exercise
- Ball bearing pulleys ensure smooth precision - the gear ratio is 2:1

- The landmine option turns your barbell into a versatile training tool for rotational exercises that develop the strength and endurance of the leg, upper body and core muscles
- The various exercises include lumberjack squats, deadlifts , one-arm and two-arm chest or shoulder press, meadow's row, hot potato, Russian twist, thruster and reverse lunges.
