R8 LEGEND – Built for Lower Body Training

• This full-size power rack uses the R8 Series 75 x 75 x 3 mm steel tube profile for heavy training inside and in front of the cage.
• Designed for serious lower body work, the R8 Legend combines monolifts, a leg curl attachment and a step-up platform in one rack.
• Monolifts let you start squats, deadlifts, and bench press from a stronger, more ergonomic position.
• For squats, this removes the need to walk the bar out before the lift, reducing unnecessary movement and helping preserve strength for the set.
• Type 1 J-Hooks and safety spotters support bench press, incline press, bent-over rows, shoulder press, and more.
• The leg curl attachment supports unilateral hamstring work, seated leg extensions, and seated calf raises that target the lower calves.
• The step-up platform mounts front or side and supports box jumps, drop jumps, jumping lunges, step-ups, box squats, pistol squats, elevated lunges, glute bridges, single-leg glute-ham raises and Bulgarian split squats.
• Six weight storage pins keep plates close during training and stored efficiently afterward.
