• On this full-size power rack with the R8-typical steel tube profile of 75 x 75 x 3 mm, you can perform countless exercises even with heavy weights both inside and in front of the cage
• R8 Legend is specifically designed to meet the requirements of versatile leg training
• Thanks to the Monolifts allow you to start exercises such as squats , deadlifts or bench presses directly from a more ergonomic position
• This means you don't have to step forward when doing squats to be able to move the barbell freely
• This reduces the risk of injury, but also potentially saves you energy for the actual movement
• In addition to the monolifts, our Type 1 J-Hooks and Safety Spotters are available for many other barbell exercises such as bench presses and incline bench presses, bent-over rows or shoulder presses.
• Another leg training feature is the Leg Curl Attachment
• You can use it to train your leg flexors unilaterally while standing, or you can also train your leg extensors while sitting on a plyo box or weight bench.
• If you sit in front of the Leg Curl Attachment facing the machine and position the pad of the lever arm on your knees, you can train excellent calf raises while seated, with emphasis on the soleus
• The Step-up platform is a versatile training tool that can be mounted both frontally and sideways on the power rack
• You can use it to imitate a plyo box to perform speed exercises such as box jumps, drop jumps or jumping lunges
