- The R8 platform is a surprisingly versatile attachment that will add a variety of options to your power rack
- Made entirely of steel, it weighs around 12 kg with a usable area of approx. 40 x 50 cm and can support up to 350 kg
- A non-slip surface in checker plate design guarantees safety and reliability during exercises at all times
- Mounting on the power rack is as easy as with a spotter arm and locking is done via a high-strength pin
- After training, the platform can be easily dismantled and stowed away

- You can use the platform like a plyo box to perform explosive strength exercises such as box jumps, drop jumps or jumping lunges
