Monolifts: A Smarter Alternative to J-Hooks
- Counterweighted hooks automatically swing back toward the upright after you unrack the bar, giving you a clear path to start your squat or bench press immediately.
- Eliminate unnecessary walkout or forward movement and reduce strain on your shoulders and knees before the first rep.
- Functions like a J-Hook while providing a more efficient starting position for barbells with a minimum internal width of 125 cm.
- Mounts at multiple heights on your rack uprights with the same quick twist-lock installation as standard J-Hooks.
- Positions the bar for a strong, natural setup that supports proper lifting mechanics, especially for squats and bench presses.
- The red safety pin prevents the Monolifts from unscrewing accidentally.
- Laser-cut ATLETICA logo adds a premium finish.
- Tough UMHW plastic inserts on the inside prevent metal-on-metal contact and protect your rack’s coating. They can be replaced when worn.
