• The ATLETICA dumbbell racks allow you to start exercises such as bench presses, incline bench presses or shoulder presses with the actual movement.
• It is therefore not necessary to move the dumbbells from the floor to the legs and from the legs to the starting position of the exercise.

Easy installation
