• The basic equipment of the squat rack includes a lat pulldown with rowing unit and footrests as well as a high-quality multi-grip pull-up bar, with medium-sharp knurling and different grip options, for your back and biceps workout.
• There are also heavy-duty spotter arms and a pair of extra deep and reinforced J-hooks. The long lat pull-down and short rowing handles are included in the delivery, as are the corresponding chains.
• Thanks to the included adapters, the sled of the lat pull-down station can be loaded with both 30mm and 50mm weight plates.
