Squat Cage Basic Equipment

• 70 mm square tubes with a thickness of 2.5 mm result in a weight of 69 kg and ensure a wobble-free and safe training
• The R7 Squat Cage offers enough space to accommodate the included weight bench inside the rack
• This way, no space remains unused and you can use your training area effectively
• We offer the Squat Cage in three heights: 187 cm for lower ceilings and 203 cm standard height and for extra high rooms also in 223 cm
• The feet are rubberized and protect the floor from damage

Rack Cage Accessories

• The Squat Cage R7 comes standard with extremely durable spotter arms (up to 350 kg per pair) and performance J-hooks (up to 1100 kg per pair)
• The latter have a protective layer of hard plastic on both the top and bottom, so that the barbell is also protected if it accidentally hits the J-hooks from below.
• The 17cm deep recess provides a secure storage area that is hard to miss with the Rack Cage
• The Spotter Arms reliably absorb the weight if you can no longer handle it with pure muscle power
• They are also suitable for bottom-up squats or rack pulls
• The integrated pull-up bar gives the squat rack additional functionality and stability
• Despite the relatively low height, pull-ups can be performed easily with knees pulled up
