A really stable rack with a small footprint. I had to make some compromises for my limited space, and this rack fits perfectly. The various attachments offer enough options for effective home training without getting bored. However, because it's a half rack, a lot of reconfiguration is required if you want to use different attachments in your workout. If you make these compromises, you get a space-saving rack with sturdy construction. The design does result in a slight loss of stability. Because the longitudinal beams are only connected to the pull-up bar, they wobble slightly under heavy weight. However, this is completely manageable and doesn't detract from the fun of the workout. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star for durability. Firstly, the steel was dented during assembly (see photo) where the upper screws of the pull-up bar are located. This isn't particularly aesthetically pleasing, of course, but it also casts some doubt on the overall stability. So far, however, I have the impression that the rack is secure. Additionally, the rack's coating is somewhat prone to scratches. After just the first few workouts, there are noticeable scratches in some spots. Given that a home gym is also aesthetically pleasing, this is at least a bit annoying. In summary, the rack is a very good compromise between space-saving on the one hand and functionality and, with some compromises, stability on the other.

A Really great product - the only good quality option I could find that was a proper squat rack designed for low ceilings. It was very easy to put together, feels incredibly well made, and is a pleasure to use, especially with all the available modular accessories. It's let me cancel my gym membership and enjoy training more at home, without any real compromises for my uses. 10/10.

Top-notch quality, proper welds, and solid steel. The low height makes it perfect for any apartment. Pull-ups are easily possible for me, at 180cm and with long legs (with bent legs). With the additional perforation on the sides, it's absolutely unrivaled in this price and quality class!

Great quality, fits perfectly in the tight spaces! Unfortunately, it wasn't big enough for an Atletica bench yet. One point deducted for the relatively long delivery time. You'll have to be a bit patient at the moment, but it's worth it!

An absolutely solid piece that I significantly underestimated! I previously only had two small adjustable stands that weighed maybe 12kg in total... I couldn't even imagine what I was in for! The J-hooks not only make it super easy to adjust the height, you can also easily slide the barbell from left to right without straining. The Spottet Arms were the reason I bought them; they are absolutely solid and give me confidence when doing bench presses, overhead presses, and squats (high bar, front squat)! A positive thing is that the rack is also available in a smaller version (like mine here with 30 holes instead of 33), so it fits even in small spaces!

I've owned the R7 squat rack for several weeks now and can say that it's more than worth the money. The construction is very professional, both in terms of design and quality. The squat rack offers excellent value for money.

We bought the monkey bar, the R2 weight bench, and the R7 squat rack. Excellent value for money, so the hardware store equipment can now be thrown away. The purchase, payment and delivery process with the shipping company was very easy and straightforward. I desperately needed something for free weight exercises as a supplement to my home gym, and the R2 is perfect for that. It's ultra-stable in a small space and offers a wide range of training options. The laser-cut lettering is especially useful. Overall, it's a great piece of equipment! :)

The rack is of excellent quality. It arrived without any scratches or scrapes. Furthermore, the rack is incredibly stable and doesn't wobble a millimeter.
