• Our R8-SoundWave Power Cage has a square base with a side length of 123 cm
• This means all attachments can be mounted at the front, the back, and the sides
• It offers more than enough space to fit a Weight Bench inside the cage and to perform all exercises without restriction
• With a self-weight of 197 kg, the Squat Rack stands extremely stable, so no floor anchoring is required
• Nevertheless, if needed, the rubber feet can simply be removed and the pre-drilled holes used for bolting to the floor

• The Safety Straps serve as a safety catch and can also be used for Rack Pulls
• The Dip Station expands your chest workout with effective chest training and can be mounted on any side of any upright
• The Pull-Up Bar offers you a variety of grip variations and widths, including the slightly or fully supinated or pronated grip
• The 18 kg ATLETICA logo plate is not only an eye-catcher, it also functions as a counterweight and gives the Power Rack additional stability

Power Rack Accessories

• The second pair of J-Hooks is reinforced, rated for up to 550 kg, and allows you to quickly switch between two exercises without having to constantly reposition the barbell
• This way, two people can also train in front of and inside the Squat Rack at the same time without getting in each other's way
• Should you nonetheless prefer to train alone, the Spotter Arms replace a training partner by catching the weight if you can no longer manage it with your own muscle power
• This way, they protect you from injury and allow you to always push to your limits without compromising your training safety
