Compared to the R7 Base Plate, this version also comes with a Dip Station, Spotter Arms and a Landmine
Thanks to the included adapters, the weight sled can be loaded with both 30 and 50 mm weight plates
With 1.25 kg or 2.5 kg weight plates, fine adjustment of the training weight is also possible
