- It features 32 mm and 52 mm diameter barbell sleeve inserts, each 24 cm long.
- One end is securely fixed to the rack, preventing any unwanted movement.
- Use the free-moving end for semi-guided exercises like T-Bar Rows or Shoulder Presses.
- It’s also perfect for rotational core exercises.
- Thanks to its fixed base, you can safely perform explosive lifts like one-arm Clean & Jerks without worrying about bar slippage.
