High functionality with virtually no space consumption

• Our Band Pegs have a diameter of 20 mm and are therefore compatible with all R7 Power and Squat Racks
• They are made of solid steel and are simply pushed into the upper or lower crossbars
• Resistance bands are then attached to them, increasing your training load in a way that cannot be achieved with weight plates
• For example, if you hang the bands at the bottom of band pegs and around the barbell , they will be stretched to the maximum during the bench press at the highest point, i.e. where you can exert the most force
• In this way, you can make the load on the target muscle more consistent, because without the use of resistance bands, once it has reached full contraction, it has to do less work than at the sticking point
• Conversely, you can also fix the bands to the top of the rack using the Band Pegs
• When doing squats, this can be useful for the following reason: In the deepest bend position, the resistance bands are under maximum tension
• They help you to get out of the lowest position and lose more and more tension the higher you go
• Shortly before the full leg and hip extension, they no longer have any influence on the weight, so that in the phase in which you can anatomically exert the most force, the weight rests entirely on you
• When used correctly, resistance bands contribute to a more even load and prevent you from being over- or under-challenged at certain times during an exercise
