- Built for power without taking up space, our Band Pegs have a 20 mm diameter and are fully compatible with all R7 Power and Squat Racks.
- Crafted from solid steel, they slide smoothly into upper or lower crossbars for fast, secure setup.
- Add resistance bands to push past the limits of plates alone. Loop them from the Band Pegs to your barbell—ideal for lifts like the bench press. As the bands stretch, tension peaks where you’re strongest—at the top of the lift—amplifying muscle engagement.
