Do your first pull-up (heavy bands):
- By using the resistance band, you can perform pull-ups with less body weight, making the exercise easier
- As you get stronger, you can gradually reduce the support of the band until you are able to do pull-ups without support
- Attach one of the heavy bands to a power rack and hook your foot into the loop of the band
- Use the high resistance of the Black Band to lighten up to 40 kg of your body weight and do your first pull-ups
Squats for training legs and core (heavy bands):
- Hook the band under your feet and the top of the band over your shoulders
- The squats with the band simulate a training with weight and prepare you for squats, deadlifts or shoulder exercises
Biceps curls – Pump it Up (medium bands):
- Stand on the band with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the handles with both hands
- Pull the band with both hands up to your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body
- Biceps, chest and triceps muscles are in almost constant contraction, so you create maximum blood flow and pump
Overhead band pulling to activate the shoulder muscles (light bands):
- Hold the band overhead with arms outstretched
- Each pull activates the joints of your shoulders and prepares you for heavy back and shoulder exercises
