• The B2 ArmMaster lets you vary the resistance curve of bicep curls, while the fixed arm position increases isolation for more direct bicep work—even for beginners, thanks to the added stability.
• The B2 LegMaster supports effective, versatile leg training—train quads with leg extensions and hamstrings with leg curls for focused lower-body work.
• Jammer Arms add guided pressing and pulling movements, from chest and shoulder press variations to bent-over rows, lunges, deadlifts, and squats, with a fixed path that helps keep more of the load on the target muscles and may reduce joint stress under heavier weight. 
• The Leg Press attachment converts the machine into a vertical leg press for more direct quad training than free squats, while also supporting heavy leg work with less strain on the spine.

Dual Cable Pulley System

• Ball-bearing pulleys keep movement smooth and consistent, while the 1:1 ratio ensures the resistance you select on the weight stack is exactly what you feel at the handle.
• Use both cable pulleys separately for cable flys, bicep curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises, or Pallof presses, or connect them with the included dual handle bar for lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable deadlifts, and cable squats
  

Smith Machine with 50 mm Barbell

• The integrated Olympic barbell lets you train a wide range of muscle groups without a separate free barbell.
• With 11 rack positions and height-adjustable safety catches, the Smith Bar supports controlled heavy training for advanced lifters, while the guided movement path helps beginners learn incline bench press, shoulder press, squats, and deadlifts with more control and lower risk.
  
• Linear ball bearings keep the movement smooth and consistent, aligned with commercial gym standards.
