KSK Multi-Press | Set MOVE

• This set includes our KSK Multi-Press with 2 x 90 kg selectorized weight stacks, including Jammer Arms and the Leg Press Attachment - so you get full-body training with exercises for every muscle group
• With the Jammer Arms you can mimic gym machines such as a chest press or a shoulder press
• You can also do pulling movements like the bent-over row, and train your legs with lunges, deadlifts or squats
• Performing exercises with the Jammer Arms along a fixed movement path stops you from cheating the lift, so the target muscles are hit more effectively - and even when you train with heavy weights there is potentially less stress on your joints
• With the Leg Press Attachment you turn the Multi-Press into a vertical leg press quickly and easily
• Compared with free squats, the leg press has the advantage that it is easier to train your quads in isolation and therefore more effectively
• The Leg Press Attachment also lets you train your legs with heavy weights while putting less strain on your spine

The crossover cable pulley is the heart of this Multi-Press

• Ball-bearing pulleys deliver smooth precision on every exercise
• With a 1:1 ratio, exactly the resistance you select on the weight stack arrives at the guide pulleys
• You can either use both cables separately, for exercises like cable flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises or the Pallof press
• Or you can connect both cable pulleys with the included dual pull bar and do exercises like lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable deadlifts or cable squats

Smith Machine with 50 mm barbell included

• With the Smith Machine and its integrated Olympic barbell you can train plenty of muscle groups without needing a separate free barbell
• Advanced lifters train on the Smith Bar as safely as in a commercial gym even under heavy loads, because you can rack the bar at any time on one of the 11 pins or on the height-adjustable safety supports
• For beginners, the simplified movement path on the Smith Machine makes it possible to learn demanding exercises such as incline bench or shoulder press, squats or deadlifts with a minimized risk of injury
• The Smith Machine runs on linear ball bearings, which guarantees smooth travel and matches the highest quality level in the fitness industry
