- Extremely versatile and exceptionally space-saving cable pulley station in the same dimensions and quality as our R7 Power Racks
- Thanks to its unique design, it works efficiently both against a straight wall and in room corners
- Rowing bench with stable footrests, so rowing exercises don't have to be done sitting on the floor - you train at a comfortable seat height
- The ratio of the lat and row pulley is 1:1 – so 100 % of the selected weight arrives at the handle
- At 125 kg, the weight stack is generously sized and provides the optimal resistance for almost any performance level
- For Cross-Over cable pulley exercises, the weight bench can be removed with two hand grips, giving you unobstructed space in front of the station for exercises like Cable Flys, Reverse Flys or Face Pulls
- On one of the 18 (Low 16) laser-engraved height markers you can always set the pulleys to the optimal starting position
- The dual cable pulley has a 1:2 ratio
- Combined with the weight stack, very fine load increments are possible (5 kg steps)
- Perform pull-ups or calisthenics exercises on the Multi-Grip Chin Up Bar in 4 different grip variants
