Easy Handling and Height Adjustability

• The Jammer Arms can use each of the 33 holes of the R7-Uprights for fastening. This allows you to recreate almost all exercises that are also possible with free weights.
• Attached far down on the rack, you can use them for deadlifts, bent-over rowing or floor presses.
• If you want to do squats or seated rows with them, simply release the safety pins and slide the arm up to the desired height using the handle provided.
• Military press and bench press in different angles are also possible.
• Get the benefits of machine training at home—simple, space-smart and cost effective.
• Unlike similar competing products, you do not have to completely remove our Jammer Arms from the rack before they can be attached and used at the required height.
• We've streamlined the process to reduce the amount of time and effort needed to make simple adjustments.
• Protective protectors made of hard plastic on the underside prevent damage to the rack and to the Jammer Arms by preventing metal with metal contact.
