• Many people cannot train with a straight biceps/triceps bar without pain, either due to a lack of mobility or an injury
• With the SZ grip you can grip both pronated and supinated (to varying degrees) as well as narrow and wide
• The built-in swivel joint ensures that the handle rotates in your hands, preventing your wrists from being overstressed during weight-intensive exercises such as pull-ups
• Furthermore, the rod is knurled almost throughout
• This makes it feel good to hold and won't slip out of your hands accidentally
• Markings in the middle of the grip areas provide better orientation when gripping
