Exercise option 1: Squats

  • You stand on the angled footplate, with an initial movement you lift the extension arm from the shelf and push it to the side with the tilt lever
  • The ergonomic foot position and the wide, secure stance now allow you to make a deep squat movement
  • At the end of a set of exercises, tilt the rack back to the middle and place the lever arm with the weights on it
  • If you are unable to get back up from a squatting position, the device offers you an emergency rest so that you can exit the device without risk even if you lose strength
  • Squats are not only part of the training plan in powerlifting , they are one of the most effective exercises for every athlete to strengthen the thigh, calf and glute muscles
