Exercise option 1: Squats
- You stand on the angled footplate, with an initial movement you lift the extension arm from the shelf and push it to the side with the tilt lever
- The ergonomic foot position and the wide, secure stance now allow you to make a deep squat movement
- At the end of a set of exercises, tilt the rack back to the middle and place the lever arm with the weights on it
- If you are unable to get back up from a squatting position, the device offers you an emergency rest so that you can exit the device without risk even if you lose strength

- Unlike seated calf raises, which place greater strain on the soleus muscle, standing calf raises allow the focus to be placed on the gastrocnemius, the two-headed calf muscle
- Performing the exercise while standing also allows for a greater range of motion and helps improve balance and definition of the calf muscles

- The device is also ideal for reverse lunges to strengthen the quadriceps and posterior muscle chain as well as to activate the core muscles
- One leg stands on the bent footplate, with the other you take a step backwards
- The size of the lunge should be adapted to the ability level
- Now bend your legs so far that your back knee almost touches the floor and then straighten up again by stretching your legs
