Open design and different grip options

• We have deliberately chosen the name rudder handle
• The construction, which is open on one side, simply invites you to row
• Unlike narrow and closed parallel grips, the range of motion in rowing does not end when the grip has reached the body
• Due to the large distance between the handles, at least the hands can be moved a little way past the body and the range of motion can be increased
• This noticeably increases the training stimulus in the back muscles, but this does not mean that this grip cannot be used effectively for other muscle groups.
• The upper part of the rowing handle is reminiscent of a V-handle and can be used in this way
  
• The integrated swivel joint is extremely gentle on the joints
• The grip areas have a medium-sharp knurling and offer sufficient grip, even during sweaty training sessions
• The chrome-plated solid steel can withstand any stress that a person can row
