While the PRO round barbells were specifically developed for professional studio use, the RND PRO Set 3 | Professional is aimed at experienced athletes who want to further improve their performance and train with heavy weights. The set includes the following weight pairs: 35 kg, 37.5 kg, 40 kg, 42.5 kg, and 45 kg – ideal for intensive strength training and maximum muscle growth.

Storage for round barbells:

• Both storage levels are slightly angled forward to make it easier to pick up and put down the dumbbells.
• This allows you to store your dumbbells practically and clearly during or after training - for maximum safety during training and order in your gym.
• Plastic storage trays protect your equipment and prevent it from slipping.
• Thanks to the raised center bar, the dumbbells cannot slip out.
• Suitable for most dumbbells with round weights (steel, cast iron, polyurethane).
• The weight of the barbell rack itself is 33 kg, the total load capacity is 500 kg.
