• Ideal for intensive strength training and heavy weights
• Shore A hardness 48 — very dense structure, high form stability
• Firmer lying feel, no "sinking through"
• Extremely durable and resistant to pressure marks

Sponge pad (performance foam)

• For athletes who prefer more comfort
• Shore A hardness 38 — open-cell foam with a light rebound effect
• Softer, more comfortable lying feel
• Higher adaptability and pleasant pressure distribution

• 4 mm thick steel plate under the back pad for maximum stability — even with heavy training loads or dynamic exercises
• Exceptional stability thanks to a wide rear foot tube and a full-surface front foot — ideal for powerful, controlled leg drive during the bench press
