R8 ShockWave | Power Rack

• The R8-ShockWave features six uprights, connected by 108 cm and 42 cm crossbars for an ultra-stable foundation.
• A center-mounted 108 cm crossbeam adds even more structural integrity.
• This design creates a cage depth of 173 cm (excluding front attachments) and a total width of 183 cm, including eight integrated weight plate holders. 
• The foot print is optimized for standard barbells with a 131 cm sleeve to sleeve length, leaving plenty of space to fit a weight bench inside the rack. 
• Train solo or side by side — this setup allows two people to work out simultaneously, one inside and one in front of the rack. 
• The included Dip Station can be mounted inside the rack, keeping the total width compact. 
• The second pair of J-hooks is a reinforced version, rated for up to 550 kg featuring an extra-deep cradle for added security. 
• Also included: safety straps, spotter arms, a multi-grip and standard pull-up bar, an Atletica logo plate, a double bar holder and a landmine. 
• The safety straps serve as a fail-safe, catching the bar if you can't complete a heavy-set — minimizing injury risk. 
• With all it's included attachments, the ShockWave has a total weight of 274 kg making it extremely stable even without anchoring.
• Additional upgrades like a cable system, lat pulldown station, or jammer arms (purchased separately) can be added as needed.
• The industrial raw metal finish features enhanced rust protection.
