• Our R8-ShockWave consists of 6 uprights, which are connected by crossbars measuring 108cm and 42cm. There is a 108cm crossbar in the middle at the top.
• This results in a cage depth (without the attachments on the front) of 173cm and a rack width of 183cm including the eight weight plate holders on the left and right.
• The base area is perfectly designed for the use of standard barbells with an internal dimension of 131cm and offers enough space to completely accommodate a weight bench.
• It also offers enough freedom of movement to perform all exercises inside the power rack without any restrictions. This means that two people can easily train in front of and inside the rack at the same time.
• The included dip station can also be installed inside the rack so that the overall width does not increase.
• The second pair of J-hooks is a reinforced version with an extra-deep recess that can support up to 550 kg.
• Other attachments included in delivery include safety straps, spotter arms, a multi-grip and normal pull-up bar, an ATLETICA logo plate, a double bar holder and core trainer.
• The safety straps serve as a safety rest and catch the weight if you can no longer handle it after a heavy set. This drastically reduces the risk of injury.
• The total weight of the many add-on parts and the basic frame is 274kg, meaning our ShockWave is extremely stable even without being anchored to the ground.
• A variety of other attachments, such as a cable pull or lat pull station or even jammer arms, can be purchased as needed.
• The latter has a higher rust protection and an exceptional coloring.
