R8 Spotter Arms protect you, especially during weight-intensive exercises like squats
- Stable and functional safety supports
- Unlike other safety supports, spotter arms can also be used in front of the Power Rack, since they only require one upright each for mounting
- In case of muscle fatigue, the weight can simply be placed on them and dropping or even injuries can be completely avoided
- The contact surfaces are each 61 cm long and 6 cm wide, making them hard to miss
- If you don't want to add extra depth to your rack with this safety device, you can also mount them easily inside the cage
- They can be removed and attached with just a few hand movements, so any height adjustment can be done in seconds
- The spotter arms not only ensure your safety in case of muscle failure, they also help you achieve the desired starting position for certain exercises
- These include, for example, bottom-up squats and rack pulls
- The reinforcement plate on the underside features the Atletica logo
- This was laser-cut using state-of-the-art production processes, as were the holes along the arms
- The latter can be used for mounting dip bars, provided they have pins with a diameter of one inch (or at least 25 mm)
