1. Can the R8 Vulture’s attachments be arranged differently, or am I locked in to one setup?

Both the shelves and Bradley cable towers can be set up in different ways. You customize the layout to match your training style and available space.

2. Who is the R8 Vulture designed for?

The R8 Vulture has a shallow depth and is perfect for home gyms with limited depth dimensions. With its 354 cm length (when assembled as pictured) and multiple training zones, it supports group workouts or quick station changes—perfect for circuit training. It’s also a top choice for personal training studios, physiotherapy clinics, and fitness rooms in public or corporate facilities.

3. Can I upgrade the R8 Vulture later if I want to?

4. What are the front foot stabilizers for, and can I remove them?

Front foot stabilizers keep the rack from tipping forward during cable work or when using Jammer Arms. They’re essential for R8 racks with a space-saving shallow depth and should never be removed.

5. How much weight am I actually moving on the cable towers?

Each R8 Bradley cable system has two 90-kg adjustable weight stacks. With a 2:1 pulley ratio, you are moving up to 45 kg per stack. You can also add resistance bands or weight plates using a Weight Stack Pin. Each cable tower has a 450 kg load capacity.

6. What’s the difference between safety straps and spotter arms?

Spotter arms attach, remove, and adjust quickly, but safety straps provide slightly better shock and noise absorption when setting down or dropping the barbell. Both have their advantages and ensure safety during barbell training.
